Rough diamond planning is the most important stage in entire chain of manufacturing because of its position to analyze various plans and select the best plan out of it. If the stone is not planned properly, the final output will be suboptimal and nothing can be done to rectify the situation at the execution stage or afterwards.
In days to come, more and more of the planning shall be done and finalized with the help of advanced technologies like M-Box, Helium, and now IG planning & plotting. However, the use of the technology correctly is also a huge challenge for most companies because of lack of trained manpower. Moreover, since the technology keeps on ever evolving, it is very difficult for companies to keep abreast with it and there is always a time lag between the up gradation of the technology and its correct application by the users.
Using our proprietary technology, we are able to pre-estimate the final colour of the stone and its various combinations based on shape, size, cut etc. Thus, instead of manual judgment, we use science to design a stone to optimize its value based on all possible parameters i.e. cut, clarity, colour, shape etc.
After planning and designing services, our expert well trained polishers give a real shape to the rough stone as per instruction and designed passed by planners and quality checkers. Years and years of experienced workers are hired who have been trained by our experts by which they are in a position to polish best quality stones.
LTM welcomes stones for full polishing, half polishing and already polished stones for Re-Imagineering to achieve desired results.Â
